OTC Orders

Madison Pharmacy is now accepting special orders from this website. Special orders include over the counter items that are not stocked in the store as well as large item quantities that we do not normally stock. Please be specific and include as many details as possible so that way me process your order as quickly as possible. Any available item numbers, UPC codes, brand names, or other pertinent information should be included so that we may best locate the exact product you are looking for. Don't forget to include quantity and the unit size (number of ML's, tablets, etc) for each item. If you would like to be notified when your order is ready please indicate so and leave a contact e-mail or phone. Feel free to write any additional comments or instructions in the box provided.
